  3. Keep milestones visible.

Put important dates and countdowns in everyday view, where people pass them every day.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is Oloomna?

Oloomna is a shared display for your workplace. It shows this week’s activities, upcoming events, countdowns to major dates, the time, local weather and a feature panel on one clear screen in corridors, reception areas and shared spaces.

What do I need to run it on a screen?

A screen with a web browser. Open your organisation’s private display link in the browser and the board fills the screen. It is laid out for full HD and 4K displays.

How do updates reach the screen?

Editors add activities and countdowns in the Oloomna editor, preview the board, then press Publish. The screen checks for newly published changes on its own, so nobody has to touch it.

Who decides what appears on the screen?

Your editors. An activity appears only when it is confirmed, approved for the screen and not hidden, and only after an editor publishes.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

The screen keeps showing the last published board, with a clear note that it is offline, and updates again when the connection returns.

Can different screens show different layouts?

Yes. Oloomna has a Classic layout, with an activity list and countdowns, and a Calendar layout, with a month grid, countdowns and what’s coming up. Each organisation picks a default, and any screen can use the other one.

What can the feature panel show?

Your organisation’s latest Instagram posts, an image of your choice, or a QR code that links to a page, with an optional title and caption.

How do I get started?

Request access for your organisation. Oloomna is in a pilot programme open to 10 organisations, with personal onboarding. Editor accounts are set up by an administrator, so there is no instant sign-up.
